Scope
This section explains how the LastTime iPhone app, version 1.0.0, provided by 記得存檔 / Ctrls, handles data. This section applies to this app. Other descriptions on this page concerning website browsing records, IP addresses, cookies, questionnaires, and website hosting apply to the company website and its website services; they do not mean that LastTime has those features or collects that data. Browsing the company website or contacting support is subject to the actual data-handling practices of the relevant service.
On-device content and photos
LastTime does not require an account and contains no advertising, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs. The item names, location text, model numbers, notes, dates, completion history, intervals, photos, purchase links, and reminder settings you enter are stored in the app’s local storage. They are used to display records, calculate dates, support search and reminders, and create backups you choose to make. The app does not upload this content to Ctrls, and the developer does not operate a cross-device synchronization server. ‘Location’ is text you enter yourself; the app does not use GPS location. Photos are copies of the images you select using the system photo picker. These copies are resized and re-encoded on your device, with GPS and original EXIF metadata removed. The original photos in your library are not changed.
Reminders and permissions
The app requests iOS notification permission only when you enable notification reminders. Reminders are scheduled on your device by iOS and do not pass through a Ctrls push-notification server. Notification text does not display item names, locations, model numbers, or notes. You can turn off reminders in the app or change notification permissions in iOS Settings.
Apple purchases and external services
Pro payments and purchase restoration are handled by Apple’s App Store / StoreKit. The app verifies purchase entitlements on your device. It does not obtain credit card numbers or Apple Account passwords, and does not send transaction data to Ctrls servers. Apple handles payments, purchase records, system backups, and diagnostic data shared according to your settings under its own policies. Purchase links you save are opened by the system only when you tap them. The destination website or associated app may process IP addresses, cookies, and other data under its own policies.
Backups, retention, and deletion
App content remains on your device until you modify or remove content that can be deleted, restore another backup, clear all local data, or delete the app through iOS. Archiving is not deletion. Manually exported backups contain records, photos, links, and settings; these files are not encrypted. iCloud Drive or another Files service you choose may store or transfer these copies under that service’s policies. A normal restore retains a local recovery copy, and earlier copies may also remain. Removing a current photo or record does not automatically update older copies.
To clear all local app content, go to ‘設定’ (Settings) → ‘清除全部本機資料’ (Clear all local data), enter ‘清除’, and confirm ‘永久清除’ (Permanently clear). This removes items, history, photos, links, reminder settings, all local recovery copies, and the app’s pending and delivered notifications. Clearing data does not cancel Pro or delete original photos in your library, separately saved exports, Apple system backups, or Apple purchase records; manage those separately in their respective locations. Ctrls cannot remotely read or delete your local app records on your behalf.

This information is used to respond to and address your question. You can email the same address to ask about or request deletion of support data you voluntarily provided. Do not send Apple Account passwords, credit card details, or unnecessary complete backups.
