Accounts receivable and installment collection progress management
Accounts receivable and installment collection progress management: purpose and instructions
Create receivables and record actual payments in installments. Review unpaid, partially paid, paid and overdue cases, and copy reconciliation details or payment reminders. Data stays in the current page by default. You can enable storage in this browser and download a JSON backup to continue tracking deposits and balances.
How to use
- Add a new customer and receivable case, fill in the receivable amount, date and due date and save the case.
- Check the balance and collection status based on the actual transaction registration date, amount and method.
- Copy the reconciliation or reminder text when necessary, and download the backup; continuous use can automatically enable local saving.
Frequently asked questions
- Will payment records be automatically saved to the cloud?
- No. By default, it only stays in the memory. You need to actively check "Save payment records in this browser" to write the saved cases and actual receipts to localStorage. Unsent fields are not saved and are not synchronized across devices; clearing website data will still lose the record.
- Will the collection tool automatically send payment reminder messages?
- No. The tool provides reconciliation details and payment reminder text, which you need to copy, adjust and send yourself. If you want to create a receipt, you can select an actual payment and bring it to the receipt tool, and then confirm the application.
