Station rotation
Plan every team's route through every station.
How to use
Enter 3–8 teams and an equal number of stations. Teams rotate in list order, with round times, station assignments and a route for each team. Every team visits every station exactly once. Copy or print the complete rotation schedule.
Start in three steps
- Enter one team and one station per line, with equal list sizes. Names must be 1–40 characters and unique within each list. Teams match stations in order in round one, then move to the next station.
- Set a start time, 1–180 minutes per station and 0–60 minutes per transition. The whole event must not exceed 720 minutes. No transition is added after the last round; times after midnight show Next day.
- Select Generate rotation schedule to view station assignments and team routes, then copy or print. Changing any setting clears the previous result, so generate again.
Storage and limitations
Lists, settings and schedules are processed in this browser and kept in page memory only. Leaving or refreshing clears them; there is no server upload or sync. Copy or print first. The tool schedules equal-duration simultaneous rotations and does not record scores or send notifications.
