Inventory count discrepancy table: Check accounts and actual inventory, find items that need to be reviewed: purpose and instructions

Paste the item number, item name, unit, and quantity in the book and actual inventory, and use the item number to check shortages, surpluses, items to be counted, and items outside the account. Each side can hold up to 200 TSVs. It supports filtering, copying and printing, and the data is only processed in the browser.

How to use

  1. Copy the four fixed columns and headers from the spreadsheet and paste them into the accounting and actual list respectively.
  2. Click to check inventory differences; first correct errors such as duplicate item numbers, missing columns, invalid quantities, and different units.
  3. Check the original line number and the product name on both sides, copy and print according to all or necessary checks, and return to the site for manual review.

Frequently asked questions

Will the lack of real offer records be treated as zero?
No. Only the book items are subject to inventory, and only the items outside the accounts are marked in the actual price; the missing sides and balance display are not provided. Fill in 0 to be zero; missing quantity, duplicate item number or different units will suspend the entire result.
How to compare product number and quantity?
The product number retains the leading zeros, only removes the leading and trailing ASCII spaces and prompts, and other characters are accurately compared. ASCII nonnegative integer limited to 0 to 9,007,199,254,740,991. The difference is the actual price minus the book value, and is not totaled across units; different product names are also included and need to be checked.
Will the inventory data be sent to the server or saved?
The two tables and results are only processed in the browser memory and are not transmitted to the server or automatically saved. Leaving the tool, refreshing or closing will clear it; copies copied or printed by yourself must be kept by yourself. The results only check the entry record this time and cannot replace manual review.
