Reservation time conflict checker: check meeting room and shared equipment time slots

Reservation time conflict checker: check meeting room and shared equipment time slots: purpose and instructions

Paste up to 100 resource reservations, check the same resources and overlapping time periods on the same day one by one in Taipei time, and list the original line numbers, items, overlap start and end, and minutes. Supports complete copying and printing, data is only processed in the browser.

How to use

  1. Copy the five columns of resource code, date, start, end, matter and fixed header from the spreadsheet.
  2. Press Check Appointment Conflict and correct date, time, missing fields or over-limit errors first; single transactions are limited to the same day.
  3. Check each pair of overlaps according to the original line number, copy or print the complete report, and manually coordinate the appointment.

Frequently asked questions

The end of the previous transaction is exactly the same as the beginning of the next transaction. Is this considered a conflict?
Does not count. Conflicts are only listed if they are the same resource, the same date, and the overlap minutes are greater than zero; entire inclusions and exact duplicates are also listed, with each unsequenced pair appearing only once. 100 transactions, maximum 4,950 pairs, listed in full, minutes per pair not added to total time occupied.
Conflict-free delegate venue confirmed to be available?
It only means that no conflicts were found in the valid data posted this time. It does not cover unposted records, nor does it query the actual venue or equipment availability. The date period is from 2000 to 2099, and the time is HH:mm, which is uniformly interpreted as Taipei time. Single transactions are limited to the same day, and no cross-day or multi-time zone conversions are performed.
Will the reservation content be saved or transferred to the server?
Reservations and results are only processed in the browser memory and are not transmitted to the server or automatically saved. Leaving the tool, refreshing or closing will clear it; copies that are actively copied or printed must be kept by yourself. Modifying the input will clear the old report and recheck it before outputting it.
