Compare the original text and the new text line by line in the browser, mark the identical, newly added and deleted content respectively, and accurately retain the differences in whitespace, capitalization and line breaks.
How to use
Paste or import the original text A and the new text B respectively.
Start the comparison and check the number of new and deleted lines and the paragraph-by-paragraph differences.
Copy the difference report or export TXT and go back to the original file for confirmation.
Formats and limits
Maximum 100,000 UTF-8 bytes, 2,000 lines per copy (including trailing blank lines).
If there are too many differences, you will be rejected and please shorten the paragraphs; whitespace, capitalization or line breaks will not be ignored, and PDF/Office or semantics will not be interpreted.
Output
A TXT report represented by a piece-by-piece JSON string, clearly indicating CR/LF and a newline at the end; it is not a patch that can be directly applied.
Frequently asked questions
Why are there differences even though the images look the same?
CRLF and LF, whether there is a newline at the end, white space and case will affect the results. Preview and reporting show these differences using JSON string escape sequences.
The file name and content are only processed in your browser and are not transmitted to the server. The original file will not be overwritten. Please export the required results before leaving the tool.
