URL Encoder & DecoderUser Guide
Converts text to percent encoding using URL element rules, or restores valid UTF-8 encoding; URLs will not be opened or input content will be sent.
How to use
Paste the component value to be processed.
Select encoding or decoding; optionally treat + as whitespace when decoding.
Check the conversion results and then copy or export the TXT.
Formats and limits
Original text in UTF-8 up to 1 MiB.
Process element values rather than entire URLs; invalid % encoding or incomplete Unicode will reject the entire URL.
Output
Encoded or decoded text and TXT copy.
Frequently asked questions
Why are colons and slashes in the complete URL also encoded?
Element encoding is used here, which is suitable for single query values or path elements, not a parser that preserves the full URL structure.
The file name and content are only processed in your browser and are not transmitted to the server. The original file will not be overwritten. Please export the required results before leaving the tool.
