Frequently asked questions

Can I create a blank sign-in sheet without a list? Will the same name be deleted?
You can leave the name blank and only generate a blank sign-in column based on the total number of columns. When pasting the list, each line is treated as a name, blank lines are skipped, blanks at the beginning and end of each line are removed, the original order and names are retained, and no sorting or deduplication is performed.
How many rows can the sign-in table have? How to export multiple pages?
The total number of rows can be set to an integer from 1 to 100. The default is 20 rows. Each page is divided into 20 rows, with a maximum of 5 pages. The number of name pens cannot exceed the total number of rows; if it exceeds the number, it must be adjusted first and no partial list will be generated. Print or save as PDF to include all pages, PNG to download selected pages at a time, or copy text to include the complete sign-in sheet.
Is this an online check-in system? Is there a QR Code or electronic signature?
This is a tool for making paper sign-in forms. The unit, signature and remarks are left blank for printing and filling in. There will be no online check-in, QR codes, electronic signatures or attendance statistics, and no notifications will be sent to participants.
Will activity information and names be automatically saved or uploaded?
will not be automatically saved or uploaded, and the content will only remain in the memory of this browser page. You can continue editing after switching tools on the site, but it will be cleared after refreshing or closing the page; there is no save file or import function, please export it first if you need to save it.
