PDF page organizer: extract pages, rearrange, rotate and merge
PDF page organizer: extract pages, rearrange, rotate and merge: purpose and instructions
Select standard PDF files and review source filenames, original page numbers and thumbnails. Remove pages, change their order or rotation, then download a new PDF that keeps each page size. No account is required. Filenames and contents are processed only in this tool's memory, are never uploaded or automatically saved, and are cleared when you leave or refresh.
How to use
- Select 1–5 general PDFs, with a total of up to 20 MiB (20,971,520 bytes) and 50 pages of source files; files that are encrypted, forms, layers, electronic signatures, damaged or cannot be fully previewed will not be added in the batch, and the original pages will be retained.
- Check the source file name, original page number and thumbnail, use move up/down to sort the order, rotate clockwise 90 degrees each time, or remove unnecessary pages. Each page retains the original paper size; removing pages will not release the source file quota. If you want to replace a batch of files, please clear them first.
- Click "Generate organized PDF", then download and open to confirm the complete content and direction. Any editing will invalidate the old downloads; after all are removed, they cannot be exported and need to be re-selected.
Frequently asked questions
- Will it turn the PDF into an image or modify the original file?
- The original file will not be modified; the output will copy the PDF content, size and rotation of the selected page, and will not convert the entire page into an image. The thumbnails are only for checking the order. You still need to check the text, pictures, cropping and display after downloading.
- Which PDFs are not supported?
- The first version does not support encryption, forms, layers, electronic signatures, damaged or incompletely drawn thumbnail files. Original file bookmarks, attachments, and file-level interaction functions are not retained; compression, OCR, blackout, or secure clearing are not provided.
- Will the file be uploaded or saved?
- The file name, content and thumbnail are only processed in the memory of this tool. They are not uploaded, automatically saved, or put into the website URL. It cannot be recovered after clearing, leaving the tool, refreshing or closing. Downloaded PDFs are managed by you.
- Why may small files fail?
- PDF compressed content, complex fonts, and images can require large amounts of memory. 20 MiB/50 pages is the upper limit of the source, and there is no guarantee that any device can handle it. For mobile phones or complex documents, please reduce the number of files and pages and try again.
