Frequently asked questions

Can transparent PNG be used for logos and seals?: Yes. The logo and seal are uploaded separately, the transparent background of the transparent PNG is retained, and the position and size can be adjusted separately. Images are only processed within the browser and will not be uploaded to the server.
What formats can I download?: Direct downloads are available as A4 landscape or portrait PDFs, as well as high-resolution PNGs. The PDF will embed the Chinese fonts used in the output. Please check the name, text and image location before downloading and using it.
Can you make funny certificates or completely customized content?: You can choose interesting templates, modify winners, awards and key information, or write your own content. Both formal and fun versions can be added with your own logo and seal.
Will the certificate content and pictures be saved?: No automatic saving or uploading. You can continue editing after switching tools on the site, and clear it after refreshing or closing the page; please download the PDF or PNG first if you need to save it.
