Frequently asked questions

Will the deposit, balance payment and service fee receipt templates automatically represent payment received?: No. The template is only a modifiable demonstration content. The amount, date and payment method must be filled in according to the actual payment. Selecting a situation will not change the draft. When you click "Load", the existing content will be asked whether to replace it. After canceling, the original data will be retained.
Are receipts produced using the receipt generator equivalent to unified invoices?: is not equal to. This tool sorts out actual receipt records and generates receipts. It does not issue unified invoices, nor does it determine stamp duty exemption qualifications or pay taxes on your behalf.
If I bring in the receipt from the requisition form, will it automatically be deemed that the payment has been received?: When importing from the requisition form, the actual payment date and method will be left blank. Please fill them in according to the actual situation. When creating a receipt from the payment record, only the single actual payment you selected will be brought in, and you will be asked to confirm the application.
