Equipment borrowing, return and handover record sheet
Equipment borrowing, return and handover record sheet: purpose and instructions
Create an equipment loan and return note, record the lending and borrowing parties, the quantity of equipment, accessories, loan status and expiration date, and check the pending and overdue status based on the accumulated returned quantity. You can copy the reminder text containing only the equipment to be returned, check it yourself and send it, or download the file and JSON backup for next update; each row retains the most recent return data, and no inventory or successive return history will be automatically created.
How to use
- Fill in the borrower's party, loan date and expiration date, and record the equipment, quantity, accessories and condition item by item.
- When returning, the cumulative returned quantity, latest actual return date and collection status are updated.
- Check the amounts to be repaid, copy the repayment reminder or export the complete file, and download a JSON backup to retain the progress.
Frequently asked questions
- When equipment is returned in batches, will the details of each return be saved?
- Each row stores the cumulative returned quantity and the date and status of the latest return, which does not constitute a history of successive returns. When you need to preserve the content of each handover, you can download each JSON backup before updating.
- Will equipment loan/return information be automatically saved or inventory updated?
- No. The data is only on this page. Please download the JSON backup of the valid file yourself and import it after verification and confirmation next time. Handover records are provided for tools, and the actual equipment, accessories and condition still need to be verified by both parties.
