Meeting record organizer: attendance list, resolutions and to-do division
Meeting record organizer: attendance list, resolutions and to-do division: purpose and instructions
Organize the subsequent attendance list, discussion conclusions, resolutions and to-do items into complete meeting minutes. Fill in the person in charge and the deadline one by one, check the preview and then copy the text, download UTF-8 TXT, or print and save as PDF; no need to log in, complete in the browser.
How to use
- Fill in the meeting name, date and attendance list; the location, host and recorder are optional. There should be one person per line in the list. Blank lines and leading and trailing spaces are omitted, and the names and order are retained. There are 1-100 people in total, and each person can have a maximum of 80 words.
- Organize discussion conclusions and resolutions, with a maximum of 4,000 words and 100 lines; you can also add 0-20 to-do items, and each item and person in charge are required. The maximum number of items should be 300 words and 10 lines, and the maximum number of persons responsible should be 80 words and one line.
- After checking each item, person responsible and deadline, copy the complete record, download it as TXT, or print it and save it as PDF. All outputs are inclusive and are not automatically sent to attendees.
Frequently asked questions
- What is the difference between meeting minutes and meeting agenda?
- The agenda is used to arrange the topics and duration before the meeting; the meeting minutes are used to organize the conclusions, resolutions and subsequent division of labor that have been discussed. This tool does not record audio, use AI to infer resolutions, or confirm content on behalf of participants.
- How to fill in the to-do list when there is no deadline or follow-up work?
- The deadline can be left blank, and the document will clearly indicate "undetermined deadline"; if it is filled in, it must be the real date of YYYY-MM-DD, and it will not be judged as overdue. If there are no to-dos, you can delete all rows, and the output will clearly indicate "No to-dos this time". Discussion conclusions and resolutions are still required.
- How to deal with word limit and attendance list?
- The number of words is calculated in Unicode code points; each column of the meeting name, location, host and recorder can have a maximum of 80 words on a single line. The original text of the attendance list can be up to 10,000 words and 1,000 lines (including blank lines). Output of over-limit or invalid content will be stopped, and the entire rejection will be pasted and the original text of the field will be retained without truncating the list or to-do list.
- Will records be saved or uploaded?
- The content is only in the memory of this page and will not be automatically saved or uploaded. You can continue editing after switching tools on the site, and clear it after refreshing or closing the page; TXT and PDF are delivered files, and there is no backup import or cloud synchronization function.
