Meeting table card layout: single-sided A4 landscape folding and PDF
Meeting table card layout: single-sided A4 landscape folding and PDF: purpose and instructions
Enter names for 1–20 attendees plus optional organizations and roles. Each person receives one plain A4 landscape sheet whose same printed side is split into two halves, with one half rotated 180 degrees so both folded faces read upright. Preview in the browser, then print or save as PDF; data stays only in this page's memory.
How to use
- Enter 1–20 people in print order. Name is required; organization and role are optional. Fix missing names, control characters or field limits first; the tool never outputs only part of a list.
- Review each name, organization and role page by page. Each person gets exactly one page, with identical data on two oppositely oriented halves. Shorten content that exceeds the fixed readable area; text is not clipped or reduced indefinitely.
- Choose A4 landscape, single-sided and 100% or actual size, turn off headers, footers and automatic scaling, then use browser print or save as PDF. The dashed preview fold guide is not printed; fold along the paper center.
Frequently asked questions
- Should I enable double-sided or automatic duplex printing?
- No. Both upright reading faces for each attendee are placed on the same printed side, with the upper half rotated 180 degrees and the lower half upright. Fold along the center after printing. The first version does not provide duplex printing, printer duplex control or table card holder inserts.
- Will a long name or organization be reduced automatically?
- Text is not reduced indefinitely. The tool uses fixed readable sizes and measures both faces after fonts load. If either face does not fit, it identifies the person and blocks printing until the name, organization or role is shortened. Clipping, concealment or tiny text cannot substitute for complete content.
- Is attendee data saved or uploaded?
- No. Names, organizations and roles are processed only in this page's browser memory. The tool does not read contacts, upload or save automatically, and refresh or close clears the data. You manage saved PDFs and the system print queue yourself.
- Does a correct digital preview guarantee that plain paper will stand securely?
- No. Folded plain-paper stability, real printer margins, paper weight and folding results have not yet been validated with a physical test print. A browser PDF can confirm page count and digital dimensions but cannot replace physical acceptance with the intended printer and paper.
